Employees can improve efficiency, standards compliance, and customer satisfaction through simulation analytics and training

Z Shift personnel developed simulation-based training for one of the nation’s largest operators of 24-hour convenience stores. Following deployment in over 1,200 US locations, a study showed that front-line trainee employees benefitted from the realistic 3D simulation training. Benefits that were proven include shorter training time, greater information retention, improved efficiency, better food-handling standards compliance, improved consistency in food preparation, and increased customer satisfaction, all versus a control group. The client team has been lauded for the successful implementation of this “game-changing” technology.
